About Qovik
Qovik provides invoicing, payment-collection and reminder software for UK trade businesses. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of invoices, tax treatment and communications they send.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You must not use Qovik for unlawful, deceptive or abusive collection activity, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another workspace.
Payments and third parties
Card processing is provided by Stripe. Email delivery and accounting integrations may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Qovik does not hold customer funds.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending service
You may cancel your subscription and delete your workspace from account settings. Export data needed for your records before deletion.
